How to Spec for Your Project
Send a patio sketch with the run length and the slab condition (level concrete pad, paver deck, raised deck). Include the appliance shortlist — grill brand and model, side burner, fridge or kegerator, sink and faucet. We draw the modules around those, with gas, water, and electrical knockouts in the right face. Decide door finish (HDPE color, brushed stainless, or powder-coated aluminum trim) against your home's exterior palette.
About Our Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets
An outdoor kitchen cabinet is a weather-rated module — stainless or aluminum body with HDPE or stainless doors. It sits on a patio slab to hold a grill, sink, fridge, or storage drawers. Built for sun, rain, salt air, and pool-deck chlorine, it ships flat-pack and clips together on site.
Indoor kitchen cabinets fail outdoors. Painted MDF swells, plywood backs delaminate, mild-steel hinges bloom rust in one season. Our outdoor cabinets stand up to water, UV, and temperature swings. Marine-grade stainless boxes, HDPE doors that don't absorb moisture, stainless fasteners and hinges, ventilation gaps below grill cutouts, and drainage channels at the cabinet base. Weatherproof outdoor kitchen cabinets, HDPE outdoor cabinetry, aluminum exterior kitchen units, and modular patio cabinet runs all share that core build. Designed in our Guangdong workshop and crafted by a team that has shipped 800+ projects to 60+ countries.
Every island starts from your appliance list. Tell us the grill model, side-burner model, refrigerator, and sink. We draw the cabinet run with cutouts sized to each appliance. Plumbing and gas knockouts go in the correct face. The countertop overhang is specified for granite, quartz, or porcelain. Modules pre-assemble in our workshop, trial-fit as a complete island, then break down to clip-together modules with stainless bolts. The container ships with module labels, an assembly guide, and a step-by-step video that walks through the sequence from clip-down to grill-drop. After delivery, your contractor or installer handles fitting on a level slab. Where local installation is available in your region, we help you find a vetted installer.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials actually handle outdoor exposure?
For the cabinet body, marine-grade stainless steel or powder-coated aluminum. For doors, HDPE (a closed-cell polymer that doesn't absorb water or fade in UV) or stainless steel sheet. Fasteners and hinges should be stainless throughout. We avoid mild steel, MDF, melamine, and standard plywood for any outdoor module — they all fail within a season near water.
Can you supply matching BBQ-island modules?
Yes. Send the model and dimensions of the grill, side burner, refrigerator, and sink you intend to install. We draw the cabinet run with cutouts pre-sized to each appliance. Gas and water knockouts go in the right face. Vented panels sit behind the grill where required. The result is a coordinated island instead of a row of mismatched boxes.
Do the cabinets ship ready for stone countertops?
Yes. The top frames take granite, quartz, or porcelain slabs supplied by your local stone yard. We don't ship the stone itself — freight risk runs too high. We coordinate the cutout pattern with your fabricator so the slab arrives ready to drop on.
How are outdoor modules packed for ocean freight?
Modules ship flat-pack with doors and shelves removed. Each module is wrapped in protective film, edge-protected, and labeled with module type and install position. Stainless and aluminum surfaces get a peel-off protective film that comes off after counter-drop. An assembly guide ships with the container.
Do you provide drawings my local engineer can stamp?
Yes. Shop drawings reference the relevant code families for the United States, Australia, and Canada (IRC, IBC, AS 1657, AS 1288, NCC, CSA). For outdoor kitchens the review usually covers gas line clearance and slab anchoring. A licensed engineer in your jurisdiction handles final stamping.
