Kitchen Cabinet
SHAKER · FLAT-PANEL · SLAB · TWO-TONE
Built to Your Layout, Trial-Assembled in Our Workshop
The kitchen is where the household actually lives — morning coffee, weeknight homework, weekend cooking. Custom kitchen cabinets in shaker, flat-panel, slab, and two-tone door styles. Finishes run from white, black, navy, sage, green, to natural wood — picked to read against your tile, flooring, and countertop selection. Every base and wall cabinet ships with soft-close hinges, full-extension drawer slides, and a matching toe-kick. We pre-build the cabinet boxes, label them by room, and flat-pack for ocean freight so the kitchen comes together cleanly at install.
VILLA & COUNTRY HOME
Private estates, second homes, single-room large-format kitchens. Solid wood kitchen cabinets in oak, maple, walnut, or ash — hand-finished doors with custom panel profiles, integrated appliance panels, and concealed pull recesses. Wine drawers, paneled refrigerators, and butler's-pantry sets are built as a coordinated package, finished to one paint or stain batch.
NEW HOME BUILD
Single-family new builds, ADU kitchens, ground-up homes. White kitchen cabinets, two-tone kitchen cabinets, modern kitchen cabinets, and matching kitchen cabinet doors drawn against your tile, countertop, and flooring selection. Island, peninsula, and corner cabinets are pre-fitted; lazy-Susan and pull-out trash hardware can be specified per box at the drawing stage.
APARTMENT & CONDO
Apartment kitchens, condo refits, owner-occupied unit remodels. Cabinet packages drawn to the actual apartment footprint — galley, L-shape, or peninsula. Finish palette picked against the existing flooring and the building's window light. RTA kitchen cabinets arrive flat-pack, pre-drilled, and labeled by unit. White, gray, and natural wood are the most common requests.
BATCH RENOVATION & MULTI-UNIT DEVELOPMENT
Owner-led multi-unit renovations, build-to-rent towers, hotel and serviced-apartment portfolios. Two or three repeat unit-plans fabricated as a single production run so the paint batch matches across every floor a year later. Boxes ship labeled by unit number so the installs run one apartment at a time. Hardware spec'd for high-cycle use — soft-close hinges, drawer slides rated for daily turnover.

Pre-bored hinge cups and pre-drilled toe-kicks; flat-pack for ocean freight, labeled by room and run.
How to Spec for Your Project
Start with a kitchen layout or floor plan — even a phone photo with rough dimensions works. Pick your door style (shaker, flat-panel, slab, two-tone), then a finish family (painted, stained, lacquered). Note appliance models so we draw the right openings around the fridge, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Send tile or countertop samples and we'll match the cabinet color against them before spraying. A sample door for sign-off keeps the full run aligned to your home.
About Our Kitchen Cabinet Production
A kitchen cabinet is a built-in storage unit for the cooking and prep area. It is made of a plywood or MDF box and a door front in your chosen style and finish. We draw, build, finish, trial-assemble, and flat-pack each cabinet for ocean freight — your installer handles on-site fit.
A kitchen cabinet order is a finish decision and a logistics puzzle at the same time. Mismatched doors, base cabinets out of line with the island, or wrong-labeled boxes will cost a day per kitchen at minimum. We build the way we do — full layout review, finish sample, trial assembly, labeled flat-pack. That is what makes the kitchen come together cleanly at install. We make shaker kitchen cabinets, flat-panel kitchen cabinets, solid wood kitchen cabinets, and two-tone kitchen cabinets. The range also covers slab and handleless doors, plus RTA kitchen cabinets in painted, stained, lacquered, and veneered finishes. Designed in our Guangdong workshop and crafted by a team of cabinet-makers who have done this for 25+ years.
Every project starts with your kitchen plan. We translate it into a CAD elevation with each base, wall, and tall cabinet drawn out. The plan specifies doors by style and finish, and calls out hardware box-by-box. Once you approve, the workshop builds plywood carcasses, hangs the doors, fits soft-close hinges and full-extension drawer slides, and trial-assembles the run on our floor. Doors come off, hardware goes into labeled bags, boxes carry room and run labels, and the kitchen flat-packs with foam corners and edge protection. An assembly guide and a step-by-step video ship with the container, and our engineering team stays reachable on WhatsApp while your contractor is on site. After delivery, your contractor or installer handles fitting; where local installation is available in your region, we can help you find a vetted installer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you match my existing kitchen door style?
Yes. Send a photo of the existing door (front and edge profile) plus the paint code or a paint chip. We reproduce the door profile in our CAD library, sample-finish a single door for your sign-off, and only then start the full run. This is a common request on refacing jobs where some original carcasses stay.
Do you supply pre-finished or unfinished cabinets?
Both. Most export orders ship pre-finished — painted, stained, or lacquered in our spray booth, then cured before packing. Unfinished cabinets are available if you intend to finish on site to match other millwork. In that case we sand-prep and seal the wood so your local finisher starts from a controlled surface.
How do you handle finish consistency on multifamily orders?
We spray all cabinets in a batch-renovation or multi-unit run from the same paint batch in one production window. We hold extra paint from that batch in case a unit needs a touch-up door six months later. Boxes carry unit-number labels so installs run cleanly one apartment at a time without sorting across pallets.
How is a kitchen cabinet order packed for ocean freight?
Carcasses ship flat-pack with the back panel attached and the sides, top, and bottom keyed for fast on-site assembly. We wrap doors separately with edge protection, pack hardware with each cabinet, and label every package by room and run. An assembly guide ships with the container.
Do you provide drawings my local engineer can stamp?
Yes. Shop drawings reference the relevant code families for the United States, Australia, and Canada (IRC, IBC, AS 1657, AS 1288, NCC, CSA). For kitchen cabinets the engineering review typically covers anchoring and wall-attachment loads. A licensed engineer in your jurisdiction handles final stamping.
